MB-60E EI is a system is used to construct internal or external single and double-leaf fire-rated doors. The system also enables the fabrication of the so-called technical windows and fire-resistant partitions. MB-60E EI-based structures are classified EI15 or EI30 to PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 and self-locking in class C5 according to EN 1191:2013-06. The system is classified as non-fire spreading (NRO) and the doors can additionally meet the smoke tightness requirements in S200, Sa class according to PN-EN 13501-2+A1. The system is classified as non fire-spreading (NRO).
MB-86EI is a system of fire-rated, thermally insulated windows, doors and walls, used to construct external fire partitions fitted with openable windows, doors and fixed walls with the main fire resistance classes EI30, EW30, EI15 according to PN-EN 13501-2. The design is based on the MB-86 system and is therefore characterised by high thermal and sound-proofing performance as well as water and air tightness.
MB-78EI is a system used to construct internal or external fire partitions with single and double-leaf doors with a fire resistance class of EI 15, EI 30, EI 45, EI 60 or EI 90, according to PN-EN 13501-2:2010. Numerous tests and calculations have also proved that products based on this system have very good thermal (Uf from 1.60 W/(m2K)) and acoustic (up to 40 dB) insulation properties.
MB-118EI is a fire wall system used to construct fire partitions with a fire resistance class of EI120. The system is classified as non fire-spreading (NRO). It is technically related to the fire-rated wall system with MB-78EI doors, which means a number of common components (such as glazing beads, cooling inserts, expanding tapes, seals and most accessories) and the production and installation technology which is similar as that of the basic system.
Mullion-transom facades MB-SR50N EI and MB-SR50N EI EFEKT are designed for fabrication of lightweight, hung & in-filled fire-resistant curtain walls with fire resistance classes from EI 30 to EI 60. They allow to create both flat and frangible walls with connections between modules up to ± 7,5° per side and slanted curtain walls inclined ± 10°. MB-78EI fire doors can be used in these facades. MB-SR50N EI can also be used as a basis for fire-resistant glazed roofs with an inclination angle of 0° to 80° and fire resistance class REI 30 / RE 45.
